Return Policy Info:

Furniture Return Policy: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your “NEW” furniture purchase within 7 days from the date of delivery or pick-up, you may re-select for a 100% exchange credit or you may return your merchandise for a 20% restocking fee off the sale amount. AFTER 7 DAYS ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, exchanges or cancellations on non-stock special order merchandise! No exceptions! All returns and/or cancellations will be subject to additional delivery/pick-up fees.

Appliance Return Policy: Appliances have a 7 day return policy. After 7 days, “ALL SALES ARE FINAL”.

Receipt Returns: To receive full credit, all returned merchandise must accompany the original sales receipt and must be in the same condition as when purchased (New and Unused) complete with accessories and instructions and original packaging. Merchandise not meeting these requirements may NOT be accepted for return, and/or will be assessed a 20% restocking charge.

No receipt Returns: Item(s) returned without a receipt within the 7 days may be accepted for an “In-Store-Credit” ONLY. FOC reserves the right to deny any “NO RECEIPT” returns.
