“Furniture Satisfaction Policy”
If you are not completely satisfied with your “NEW”furniture purchase within 7 days from date of delivery or pick-up,
you may re-select for a 100% exchange credit or you may return your merchandise for a 20% restocking fee of the entire
sale amount. After 7 days, All Sales are Final. No refunds, exchanges or cancellations on non-stock special order
merchandise. No exceptions! All returns and/or cancellations will be subject to additional delivery/pickup fees.

“Electronics Satisfaction Policy”
If you are not completely satisfied with your “NEW” Electronics purchase within 7 days from date of delivery
or pick-up, you may re-select for a 100% exchange credit or you may return your merchandise for a 20% restocking fee of
the entire sale amount. After 7 days, All Sales are Final.
Receipt Returns: To receive full credit, all returned merchandise must accompany the original sales receipt
and must be in the in the factory sealed box complete with accessories and instructions.
Merchandise not meeting these requirements may NOT be accepted for return.
No receipt Returns: Item(s) returned without a receipt within the 7 days may be accepted for an “
In-Store-Credit” ONLY. FOC reserves the right to deny any “NO RECEIPT” returns.
